There Are Lots of Incentives to Join PTA The PTA membership drive for the new school year just began. Membership is the same price as last year, $8 for the first member, and $7 for each additional adult member. Here are a few reasons to join, and join now! PTA members get in free to all Gunpowder PTA family fun events. Members who join by or before Back to School Night on Tuesday, September 7, may be eligible to win two dozen steamed crabs and a case of soda. Everyone who has paid to join by Hot Dog Night, September 24, gets to dine as a guest of the PTA. Grade levels with 80% participation, will win a pizza party for every class in that grade.
