Gunpowder Elementary PTA Meeting Minutes On this page you will find minutes for PTA meetings held during the current school year, as well as links to minutes from meetings held in previous years. Meeting Minutes are not approved until they have been voted on at the following month's PTA Board of Directors' Meeting. In the interest of timeliness, Gunpowder Elementary's PTA has opted to post approved and pending minutes so that PTA members can more easily stay informed about PTA events, activities and initiatives. Those mintues that are pending approval are so noted on the page directory with the notation "Pending Approval" after the meeting date. For additional timely information regarding PTA activities, please read the current month's PTA newsletter which can be found on this website under the "More Info" tab. Just select "Flyers." Or, if you prefer, make plans to attend the next PTA Board Meeting. Visit the "Calendar" tab for the date and time of the next meeting.
