GUNPOWDER ELEMENTARY

SCHOOL SPIRIT SCHEDULE

2008-2009

Friday, August 29th – Official Gunpowder Day

·       Proudly display our school colors – Blue and Gold

Friday, October 10^th  – Sports Day

·        Wear your favorite team’s attire

Wednesday, November 26^th – Pajama Day

·        (Day prior to Thanksgiving holiday)

Tuesday, December 23rd – Holiday Spirit Day

·        Wear Red, Green, or Blue (Day before Winter Break)

Friday, February 13^th – Vacation / Tourist Day

·        Wear your favorite vacation shirt or hat (Friday before President’s Day)

Friday, April 17^th  - Silly Sock Day

·        Wear your crazy socks for the Spring Fling

Friday, May 22^nd – Patriotic Day

·        Wear red, white, & blue (Friday before Memorial Day)

End of Year Class Picnic – Autograph Day

·        More information to come later in the year
